CatFish

Catfish Cleaning

Cut each catfish fillet in half crosswise.
Fried Catfish

Ingredients:

Enough catfish fillets for 3 or 4 mediumpieces per person.

1 cup Yellow Corn Meal (This should be enough to coat the catfish fillets)

2 teaspoons your favorite vegetable cooking oil

(I use a deep fryer although a frying pan)

Erm............Tasty!!!!

How they catching Catfish....

Channel catfish are commonly available in the aquarium trade as 3 to 4 inch youngsters.

They will readilly consume many other fish species and grow large in tanks, often resulting in either their illegal release or even being eaten by their owners after they reach a large size.
